I am an experienced leader who has led teams of 3 to 100+ people, both “on the ground” and face to face with the customer, and at the strategic, C-suite level envisioning organization strategy and direction. This experience and knowledge, combined with my extensive background and training (read: implementation and application in real life! haha), including at the Director level (Director of Learning & Development) positions me uniquely to see all angles and to zoom in to the practical details, as well as zoom out to the bigger vision and goals.
